What is a Standard Rules Permit?
A Standard Rules Permit is a type of Environmental Permit with rules which cannot be changed. The risks have already been assessed by the Environment Agency to put set conditions into place for operators to follow.

The current proposal to remove the T9 Waste Exemption has brought about a specific standard rules permit so operators can still legally continue their activities.
